Airport pickups
Which airports do you serve?
We serve MIA, FLL and PBI, as well as private airports in our South Florida service area. Share your itinerary when requesting a quote.
Where will I meet my chauffeur?
Your meeting point depends on the pickup option arranged for your reservation. We coordinate the exact location with you, whether you choose curbside pickup or meet & greet.
What is the difference between curbside and meet & greet?
With curbside pickup, you meet your chauffeur at the agreed curbside location. Meet & greet provides an assisted arrival at a meeting point coordinated in advance and carries an additional fee.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Please provide your flight information so we can track its status and coordinate the pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?
We use the flight information on your reservation to follow its status. If your flight number or itinerary changes, let us know so we can coordinate the updated pickup details.
How much luggage can I bring?
Capacity depends on the vehicle and the size of your bags. Include your passenger count and luggage details when booking so we can help select a suitable vehicle.
Is there a grace period for airport pickups?
The current service includes 30 minutes of grace for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights; additional waiting is charged after that period. Confirm the details with your quote.
Hourly service
How does hourly service work?
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a set period. They remain available while you make stops, and the time continues to run while you are at each stop.
Is there a minimum hourly booking?
The minimum booking is 3 hours for sedans and SUVs, and 4 hours for the Sprinter.
When does my booked time start?
It starts at the service start time shown on your reservation, not when you make the booking online. For example, a 2:00 PM reservation starts at 2:00 PM.
Are stops included in the hourly rate?
Stops are included in the hourly rate. Time spent at each stop counts toward your booked period.
When does hourly service end?
It ends at the agreed finish time. For example, a reservation from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM ends at 6:00 PM.
Can I add more hours?
Ask us to add hours to your reservation. Confirm the revised finish time with us.

How do I book a journey?
Share your route, date, pickup time, passengers and luggage. Lux Lane will confirm availability, vehicle options, pricing and the applicable terms before you book.
Which vehicle is right for my group?
The Suburban and Escalade accommodate up to 6 passengers and 5 suitcases. The S500 suits 2–3 passengers and 2–3 suitcases. The Sprinter accommodates up to 13 passengers and 10 suitcases. Share the size and number of your bags so Lux Lane can confirm the fit.
Where does Lux Lane operate?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, including MIA, FLL, PBI and private airports. Ask about longer journeys, including South Florida to Orlando.
