We ask for your airline and flight number to track your flight and adjust the pickup in the event of a delay. Airport pickups include the following grace periods:

What information do you need to book?
Send your travel date, airline and flight number, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage details and a contact number. Tell us whether you prefer curbside pickup or meet & greet, and include your return flight if you need both journeys.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight details you provide and adjust the pickup for flight delays. Please contact Lux Lane if your flight number, airport or itinerary changes.
Is meet & greet included?
Meet & greet is optional and has an additional charge. Request it when booking so the service and charge are included in your quote.
What if I need extra time after arrival?
Domestic flights include a 30-minute grace period and international flights include 60 minutes. Additional waiting is billed after that period. Contact Lux Lane if you need your vehicle to keep waiting, and confirm the waiting-time rate when booking.
Can I travel from MIA to Miami Beach or Brickell?
Yes. Lux Lane provides private airport transfers to Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami and other South Florida destinations. Send your complete destination address for a quote.
Do you also serve other airports?
Yes. We arrange transfers for MIA, FLL and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), as well as private-airport pickups. For private aviation, send the airport, FBO, flight details and destination to coordinate your transfer.
